Qualify the real job
Customer, property, trade, site notes, files, activity, and next steps live together before anyone prices the work.
One shared starting point
SoffytThe operating platform for the tradesContractor management software that connects every customer, quote, project, schedule, service call, and payment—so a small-to-medium team can operate with the coordination of a much bigger one.
We know the drill: sales closes it, operations rebuilds it, accounting asks what changed, and the field calls for the latest scope. Soffyt keeps the work moving in one connected record—from the first opportunity through the final payment.

The payment should never be separated from the customer and the work. Soffyt keeps the proposal, current contract value, invoices, balances, and payment activity attached to the job—even after a change order changes what is owed.
Choose your technician roster, review visits and recorded time, and follow the latest locations shared by your on-shift team. Keep vehicles, mileage, maintenance schedules, and service history close to the work.

A construction business. A husband-and-wife partnership. An idea that became Soffyt.
For years, Geno Gitas has been running a large Bay Area multi-trade contractor and building the systems behind it—customizing software and connecting platforms as the business grew into more trades.
While studying computer engineering, Darima Dagbain was already working with Geno to build small tools and integrations for the business. Together, they saw the opportunity to create a complete platform around the way their business worked.
What began as software for their own company became a broader ambition: help contractors organize their operations, grow with clear processes, and understand their business with the visibility and reporting discipline of a much larger company.
No base platform fee. Choose your paid seats and monthly or annual billing. Added seats follow your agreed order; seat reductions take effect at renewal unless otherwise agreed.
For small contractors replacing scattered tools with one operating system.
For growing teams connecting sales, office, operations, and field work.
For larger teams that need more capacity, tighter controls, and fewer limits.
Annual plans are paid upfront at ten times the monthly rate. Payment processing fees are separate. Any additional service or usage fees are agreed before they are incurred. No setup fee for our first five customers.
Tell us how your company handles sales, delivery, and service. We’ll focus the conversation on the workflows you need and the setup that connects them.

Yes. Plumbing is a major fit for Soffyt, whether it is your primary trade or one part of a larger operation. Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, windows, insulation, solar, and service workflows can live inside one shared customer, job, schedule, service, and payment system.
Configure stages, project flow tasks, owners, timing, and checklists around your process. Published flow defaults can apply the right task sequence at the signed-quote handoff, while the team can review progress on the project.
We start with your current operation and walk through the Soffyt workflows that matter to your team. We also discuss setup, plan fit, and requirements that need a closer look.
There is no base platform fee. Each active user has one paid seat, and you can add or remove seats as your team changes. Monthly pricing is $29 for Starter, $49 for Growth, or $65 for Scale per user. Annual billing is paid upfront at ten times the monthly rate, giving you two months free.
The Technician Mobile App is in development. Planned pricing is $19 per mobile user per month for Starter and Growth, and it is included with Scale when available. It is being designed around field calendars, on-site estimates, payments, photos, and documentation connected directly to the desktop platform.
My family owns a $20 million-a-year California contracting company, and I’m the second generation to run it. We built Soffyt after years of changing software and building integrations to keep up with our growth.
It’s now the system our own company runs on. I’d like to show you how we use it and hear what you need from yours.
